Everyone loves lists!
The blog of Alanna Shaikh, a global health expert from Tajikistan, contains a list of Eleven Essential Resources on Global Health that I found extremely useful. She includes blogs, clearinghouses, the websites of foundations and governmental organisations, and the famous presentation of Hans Rosling on health statistics in the developing world.

That they have so many videos made me think of Sci Dev.net (http://www.scidev.net/en/), which is a constantly updated news and information site on science and development in the developing world.
