PLoS Pathogens editors have been featured guests on two recent episodes of the TWiV podcast. Section editor Michael Gale was interviewed by Vincent Racaniello (also a Pathogens community editor) on the June 6th episode, where he discussed the origin, pathogenesis, and prevention of hepatitis C virus, as well as how it evades innate immune responses. Deputy editor Grant McFadden was featured on the May 30th episode, where he and co-worker David Bloom discussed their work on herpesviruses and poxviruses with Vincent and Rich Condit in front of a live audience at the University of Florida, Gainesville.
