On any given day, we receive hundreds of emails from authors who have questions regarding their submissions and the submission process. So starting next Friday, we will reinstate a regular post called Ask everyONE. This post will include frequently asked questions which members of our staff will answer. All of the questions will be compiled on a regular basis and added (for the time being) to our PLoS Editorial Manager FAQ* post which we started last year when our new submission system, Editorial Manager, launched.
We hope that authors will use these posts as a way to obtain concise answers to their questions about PLoS ONE. Of course, if you have a question that you would like us to answer right away, please feel free to contact us at plosone [at] plos.org.
