New content added to the Responding to Climate Change Collection
To coincide with the upcoming Climate Change Talks in Paris we announce the latest update to the Responding Climate Change Collection.
At a particularly crucial time for discussion and policy-making around climate change, this PLOS Collection – which collates research on mitigating and adapting to the changing climate – has been updated with articles published recently in PLOS. Topics covered in the collection include Alternative Energy, Conservation Science, Human Behaviour and Psychology, Industry and Engineering, and Policy and Politics.
Since the publication of the James Hansen article Assessing “Dangerous Climate Change”: Required Reduction of Carbon Emissions to Protect Young People, Future Generations and Nature, PLOS ONE has invited submissions in a call to action on climate change. Today we include a selection of recently published work to further develop the evidence base within the collection, including the following articles:
